Gihan B. Madawala

Gihan has an electrical engineering degree from University of Aberdeen, Scotland. He has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry playing different roles in customer support, hardware, software engineering, automation, quality assurance and quality control and as an instructor. Most of this work experience is in the testing area and Gihan is a certified Performance Test Engineer. He has worked with industry leading performance testing tools like LoadRunner and SilkPerformer for over 6 years. He is also a certified SCRUM master and has done performance testing in agile environments.

Gihan has successfully managed multiple testing teams based in different geographical locations from their inception to maintenance phases. Currently, Gihan is working as a System Engineer/Test Lead for Modular Mining Systems Canada Ltd.
