Raymond To, Maryann Boychuk and Martyne Lacoste
Raymond To has close to 16 years of recruitment experience behind his name. To date, he has managed the completion of 900 searches at the technical and managerial level for a variety of software companies on the T-net 100 list. In 2002, Raymond co-founded Go Recruitment, which was instrumental in transforming the British Columbia recruitment landscape with his innovative services. In 2005, he was recognized by Business in Vancouver's "Top 40 under 40" award for his achievement. His success is based on his reputation as a trusted, easy-going and insightful recruiter. People recognize his sincerity and that he cares about seeing them smile at the end of a search. Raymond volunteers his time as a speaker and consultant for the Sauder School of Business, and was an active member of Social Venture Partners (www.bctsvp.com) from 2004 to 2008. He was also the founder of a program designed to increase grade 7 students' awareness of careers in the knowledge industry. Science World amalgamated this program into their Innovators in the Classroom series. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business. He is also one of the early recipients of the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) professional designation and is currently completing his executive Certified Management Accountant designation which he expects to receive in November 2008.
Maryann Boychuk is a recruitment specialist with over 7 years strategic recruitment service experience. She has worked as an in-house recruiter for both high growth, emerging, and established technology companies in British Columbia. In the past five years, Maryann has completed the search for over 200 positions here in British Columbia. Maryann is also deeply committed to building long-lasting relationships with everyone she meets; her work and her attitude have placed her in an enviable position of being a trusted advisor inside many technology companies in British Columbia. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta and, when not working feverishly to fill all the positions under her management for our clients, she is an enthusiastic guest speaker for schools or organizations that require information on strategies for job search and the technology market.
Martyne Lacoste, Martyne is the IT Recruiter at Ventyx in charge of Canadian hires. She holds a Bachelor Degree of Applied Sciences from SFU and has worked in management and as a third party Senior IT Recruiter. She facilitated and coordinated the hiring process in software companies, private and public companies, government agencies, crown corporations, and start ups.
