Abstract
In this presentation, Dan will provide a brief description on the Six Sigma concept, and comment on its widespread application in the United States and introduction into Canada. Dan will touch on the elements of Six Sigma which are applicable to software, and demonstrate some examples that can be applied to different types of organizations to help them achieve thier quality improvement objectives.About Daniel Zrymiak
