Abstract
What is requirement management in the context of a project management lifecycle? Why do we need requirement management? Why requirement management can impact product quality and how? What is the current status and what is the desired future state for requirement management? The presentation will attempt to discuss these topics and explore the options/answers along with your participation.
About Grace Shi
Grace Shi has more than 18 years experience in IT industry. She has worked with a number of global industry players including TELUS (service provider), Ericsson (vendor), Accenture (system integrator), and JDSU (vendor). She has played some very important roles in a number of very large projects that is where she has gained her valuable management experience dealing with complexity, dynamics, and development lifecycle management. In addition to her Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Grace obtained her MBA in Management of Technology from Simon Fraser University in 2003 and acquired her PMP designation in 2004 with good standing.Past Meetings
