Abstract:
The presentation will look market updates, what clients are looking for in IT candidates. Also tips about how to best present your profile to recruiters and end clients, preparing for interviews and negotiations.

About the presenters:
Glen Murray is a Business Relationship Consultant at WPCG with over six years of IT recruitment experience. Throughout Glen’s IT recruitment career he has worked closely with many Crown Corporations, Health Authorities and Government related entities including WorkSafeBC, BC Hydro, ICBC and the Provincial Health Services Authorities. His expertise includes recruitment, candidate management, negotiations and preparing candidates for resume presentation and interviews.

Victoria Atkinson is a seasoned HR professional with over eight years of Human Resource experience. She has worked for a number of large global organizations, in a variety of industries. She has a full range of generalist experience including; recruitment, start ups, downsizing, rightsizing, organizational development, and compensation.

The meeting will start at 6:45pm. However, we advise attendants to arrive between 6:00pm and 6:45pm to enjoy refreshments, and to get acquainted with other participants.
